If you write something really stupid about a subject that you don’t understand (in this case, the copyright issues surrounding the Sarasota MLS,) after your stupidity is pointed out, you can merely delete all the comments and close the post for commenting.
It also helps if you have a rawcking mustache.

Unbelievable. You pop off about something you obviously don’t understand, you call people who disagree with your opinion “lowlifes” and “unethical” and then you just whack 27 some-odd comments in one fell swoop.
Some people just don’t get it.
Sadly, I closed that tab in my browser this morning. Sure wish I’d captured that thread before I did.

Pingbacks are still there. Thanks for the shout Eric.
Brad (in the comments he deleted) conceded that he never saw the site in question and even later after getting educated, admitted that the right thing for the SAR to do is at least reimburse Marc. This came after his saying he’d “spit” on anyone who supports Marc, after he called me a “bottom-feeder” and after questioning Jay’s ethics without qualifying why. Brad asked for a non-agent opinion and when he got them he endured a stroke of some kind….
Anyone who retains Brad Garbutt for real estate representation should really think again. A realtor who can’t read or conduct any research before publishing trash should not be helping anyone in that capacity.

The guy’s a complete idiot. Really mind blowing that he has such little respect for his readers to kill the well thought out comments.

I can’t decide who he reminds me of more, Freddy Mercury or Borat: http://lewculikez.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/freddy-mercury-borat.jpg
